Mark Bystrom: Partner & Vice President Mark Bystrom, son-in-law of Ed Jurva, is a partner and vice president of JLT. Mr. Bystrom trained with JLT for several years prior to joining full-time in 2001. Since this time he has provided hands-on helium leak testing for clients around the world. Formerly, Mr. Bystrom worked as a securities analyst for more than 10 years at a leading Minneapolis-based regional investment bank. Mr. Bystrom was responsible for the analysis of leading-edge technology companies. As a result, he acquired an in-depth knowledge across a wide spectrum of technologies providing a strong platform for entering the leak-testing field. His analytical background and critical thinking skills ensures clients receive well-reasoned strategies for their helium leak testing needs. Mr. Bystrom holds a Bachelors of Science degree and obtained a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), equivalent to Masters degree in finance.
